General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Short-term rentals


1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings of holiday apartments/short-term rentals made through the website [YourWebsiteName.de]. The rental properties are leased long-term from third parties.

3. Subject of the contract

The subject of the contract is the short-term rental of holiday apartments for the dates specified in the booking period.


4. Conclusion of the contract

The rental agreement is concluded as soon as the booking is confirmed on the website and a confirmation is sent by email.


5. Prices and Payment Terms

  • All prices include legally applicable VAT and cleaning.

  • Payment via bank transfer, PayPal or credit card.

  • Payment is due no later than 3 days before the start of the rental period.

  • Check-in: ab 15.00

  • Check-out: bis 11.00

  • Key handover as agreed


    • 7. Withdrawal / Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Up to 3 days before arrival: free of charge

  • Less than 3 days: 100% cancellation fee

    • 8. Tenant's Obligations

  • Careful use of the accommodation

  • No loud parties

  • Compliance with the maximum number of people

  • Pets only by prior arrangement


    • 9. Liability

  • The landlord is not liable for indirect damages.

  • Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

  • No liability in cases of force majeure.


    • 10. Landlord's consent

  • The landlord of the long-term rental properties has agreed to the subletting.

  • The tenant confirms that he accepts the terms of the sublease.


    • 11. Final Provisions

  • German law applies.

  • Place of jurisdiction: Chemnitz.
